Site Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct survey of various sites as and when required using GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments.
  2. Survey of flooring for level checking & providing output as required.
  3. Prepare and maintain survey data, including measurements, calculations, and sketches, in digital and hard copy formats.
  4. Report preparation as per requirement.
  5. Assist in the design and layout of construction projects by providing accurate survey data to engineers and architects.
  6. Perform field surveys to verify the accuracy of existing maps and plans.
  7. Analyse survey data to create maps, charts, and reports for use in project planning and development.
  8. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that surveying activities meet project requirements and deadlines.
  9. Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines while conducting field surveys and operating surveying equipment.
  10. Stay current with advancements in surveying technology and techniques to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Diploma -Civil /ITI Surveying
  2. 3- 4 years’ Experience in Civil Survey
  3. Excellent knowledge of operating total station laser levels and other level measuring instruments.
  4. Proven experience in land surveying, preferably in a civil engineering or construction environment.
  5. Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels.
  6. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  8. Familiarity with CAD software is preferred.
  9. Professional licensure or certification as a surveyor may be required depending on local regulations.
