Avcon Technics Pvt Ltd is engaged in Design, Engineering and Construction of Industrial Flooring, Rigid Pavements and Parking Area and number of Floor Products. Avcon is known as Solution Provider for Flooring Industry.

Avcon, over years has developed number of products for flooring through its internal R&D and all these products are appreciated and well accepted by Industry.

With number of quality projects executed over the years, Avcon has developed a niche clientele for its business.

Avcon is in process of Recruiting Sales Manager – Project Sales to be based at their HO at Pune to look after their Flooring and Rigid Pavement Projects Sales being executed across India.

POSITION : Sales Manager – Project Sales (Industrial Flooring)
REPORT TO : COO
TEAM STRENGTH : 1
CTC : As per the industry Standards
LOCATION : Pune

QUALIFICATION

Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute with PG / PG-Diploma in in Sales & Marketing Management from reputed institute.

Experience

Min 10 -12 years of hands-on experience which shall include experience in Marketing & Sales of Industrial Projects to various industries across India.

Should have handled large value orders. Willing to travel extensively on all India Basis.

Job Responsibility

Responsible for sales of projects for Industrial Flooring, Rigid Pavements and related products.
Providing technical support and advise clients
Marketing of AVCON Products and Projects
Responsible for lead generation and appointment setting
Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team
To achieve sales target product wise, month wise.
Managing Complete cycle of sales from Enquiry to Payment
Interacting with government bodies for product approval
Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to AVCON TECHNICS PVT LTD are captured and explored
