POSITION : DGM/General Manager (Projects)

REPORT TO : COO

LOCATION : Pune

Qualification

Graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute with PG / PG-Diploma in Construction / Project Management from reputed institute like NICMAR or equivalent institute.

Experience

Min 15-18 years of hands-on experience of Project Planning, costing, Manpower management, Client Coordination. A Person must have experience of handing multi location projects.

Job involves extensive travelling to sites on a regular basis.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the Projects Department of Company for efficient execution of Projects
Internal Co-ordination with Design and Sales Department
Effective management of Resources including Manpower & Machines
Client Communication & Coordination
Project Planning and Control
Project Budgeting and Cost Control
Site Vendor Management
On site quality management
Billing and Payment Collection
Contracts closure
